All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are supported via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and other Malaysian local methods. Withdrawals are processed within designated timeframes according to VIP tier.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one Mr Luck account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Identity fraud is a serious violation.

Each user is only permitted to own and operate one (1) account only at Mr Luck. Holding more than one account, whether under your own name or someone else's, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the full forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name (as per your identification card), date of birth, phone number, and email address. Mr Luck reserves the right to request verification of this information at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Mr Luck shall not be liable for any losses arising from your password being shared with or accessed by a third party without your authorisation. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the Mr Luck support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you once the review is complete, provided no terms violations have been made.

Mr Luck reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identification card (MyKAD), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name. Mr Luck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All currencies on Mr Luck are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). No foreign currency exchange is conducted by this platform.
All bonuses awarded by Mr Luck — including the welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before any withdrawal from that bonus is permitted.
The standard wagering requirements for bonuses at Mr Luck are as follows:
All bonuses have a validity period as stated in their respective promotional terms. Any unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the specified period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
Mr Luck has systems in place to detect bonus abuse. Where there is evidence that a user has operated multiple accounts, exploited system bugs, or engaged in fraud to obtain bonuses unlawfully, Mr Luck reserves the right to void all bonuses, withdraw any winnings derived from such activity, and terminate the account in question.
Each promotion may have additional, more specific terms and conditions. Promotion-specific terms will be stated on the relevant promotion page and shall override these general terms in the event of any conflict relating to that particular bonus.
Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Mr Luck system are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the user. It is your responsibility to review your bet details before confirming.
The odds displayed are the odds at the time the bet is placed. Mr Luck reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted. If the odds change between the time you click "Bet" and the time the system processes your bet, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or rejected, depending on your settings.
Mr Luck reserves the right to void or cancel bets under the following circumstances:
Mr Luck sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market and event. These limits may vary by sport, league, market, and the user's VIP tier. Limits are subject to change without prior notice.
All Sports Betting — including Malaysian Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton, MPL e-sports, Grand Slam tennis, and other sports — is subject to the respective rules of each sport as set by the relevant governing body.

Mr Luck reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, Mr Luck reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and VIP points in that account. If termination is for any other reason (e.g. user request or account inactivity), eligible balances will be returned upon completion of review.
